Our cocoa is currently sourced globally from regions known for their rich, fine-flavour beans. We're actively working on integrating Indian-origin cocoa into our process to celebrate and support local cultivation.
Yes, our dark chocolate variants are 100% vegan and vegetarian. However, chocolates containing dairy are not vegan, so please check the label before purchasing.

Due to the perishable nature of chocolate, we do not accept returns. However, we offer full support for any damaged or incorrect orders.
If your product arrives damaged, please notify us within 2 days of delivery. For melted chocolates, refrigerate the product immediately. While we do not accept returns for melted products, we are here to help. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
If eligible, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please contact us with your Order ID for assistance.
Yes, we offer replacements for products that arrive damaged or defective. Kindly reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery at return@chocolateandwhite.com
