Shipping Policy

Chocolate and White provides FREE shipping on every order above Rs. 900/- in total order value for prepaid orders.

A basic shipping fee of Rs. 75 will be charged for every order below Rs. 900/- in total order value for prepaid orders.

A separate cash handling fee of Rs. 50 may be levied on all Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders. Also, additionally a basic shipping fee of Rs. 75 may be charged on every COD order.

We don't allow editing of orders or addresses once the order is placed.

After your payment confirmation, our operations team ensures that your order is shipped as early as possible.

We will ensure that the product reaches you within 5-7 working days, from the date of purchase.

Shipping to some parts of Jammu & Kashmir, Leh, North Indian States, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Lakshadweep and certain remote parts of India may take a couple of days extra.

In some cases, it may take longer to receive the shipment depending on your location and accessibility.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders especially during festive sales, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours which can be tracked both on our website and the courier partner's website.

Chocolate and White does not deliver products outside India currently. You can place an order on our website from anywhere in the world, however please ensure that the delivery address is within India. Our courier partners do not deliver to certain pin codes - you will be intimated if we can service to your location based on the pin code entered by you.

Please do NOT pay for any additional charges to courier staff. Your invoice amount is inclusive of all charges.
